Fantastic bank, been using as my primary bank for over a year now and recommended to all my friends. Customer service have always been fast and knowledgeable. Really helped me with getting a decent amount of savings, the round up feature is a great lazy saver! Reviewed on: 12th November 2019

Instantaneous notification, transparent fee structure, clear summary, and excellent display really do leave me more in control of my money. Innovation and great service

Monzo have been at the forefront of innovation in fintech for a while now, coming up with new features in their hi-tech banking app that the legacy banks could only mimic months later. They are trend setters and continue to add new features like Salary Sorter and Early Payday that set them apart from other banks. The customer service is also very good with fairly fast response times, friendly operatives, and a helpful KB. Reviewed on: 11th November 2019

In my opinion the user experience for the Monzo current account is amazing. I now do banking things faster, easier and with more visibility. It’s helped me budget better and made me enjoy using my bank with some of the cool features. Reviewed on: 11th November 2019
