A breath of fresh air

In the stagnant banking arena, Monzo has provided a top-tier digital banking service based on today's mobile access technology with some incredible features. Reviewed on: 11th November 2019

Horrendous Customer Server

Log a call on Monday and you're lucky if you've had a response by Friday in some cases. Worst of all don't try asking their community for your help as you'll just shouted down by a bunch of people who will accuse you of just trying to make Monzo look bad. The best way to deal with your money

The app is easy to use, responsive and you get real time notifications of all your transactions. Other than that, with pots you can organise your money and keep everything under your control. Reviewed on: 11th November 2019

The best banking experience bar none

Easy, Straightforward banking

My mum managed to get Monzo after chatting to her about it in a park as we were feeding the ducks. It's easy, safe and it has cool features like the IFTTT and the pots which I love. Reviewed on: 11th November 2019

Amazing bank

I’ve had trouble just trying to get a bank card that is contactless from NatWest. Monzo though gave me one straight away and the ability to use Apple Pay which NatWest also refused to do. Monzo have raised the bar now. I’ve left NatWest and monzo is now my full on main bank account Reviewed on: 11th November 2019
