A modern bank

I started with them when they were just a pre-pay card but the quality of the service has always been premium. Now they offer anything a normal bank does and add a lot more honesty into the mix. With the new monzo plus that may offer airport lounge access and a variety of different insurance I may be able to leave Barclays and just be with monzo Reviewed on: 5th November 2019

Best British bank

Monzo is the only bank I feel helps put me in control of my own money. They have features that stop me spending ahead of where I should be and through using their services I've learned what a lot of banking is, which my older banks made me more confused about. Reviewed on: 5th November 2019

The Bank of the Future

Monzo shows us how a good bank should operate with a priority towards the needs of its customers. The app is superb and easy to operate and staff could not be more helpful. Such a pleasant change from my old High Street bank, which has now closed. Reviewed on: 5th November 2019
