I’ve got current accounts with several major players but Monzo is by far the best. Mobile banking has come of age. Easy to use, even making complexity of multiple saving pots backed by different providers simple to visualise. Customer service is fast and efficient and have always responded quickly to my requests. Great app and customer service

I had a scare when some money was fraudulently taken out of my account! Due to the monzo app able to display this in real time I was alerted. This was late at night and I was still able to swiftly get through to monzo customer service who had refunded the amount taken out and sent a new card with new details so that the same fraud would not reoccur Took the stress out of a very stressful situation! Monzo makes banking easy. Since using it 2 years ago, I now end each month with savings that has allowed me to enjoy my life. I was diagnosed with cancer last year and Monzo's customer service has been great, even through tough times. Reviewed on: 8th November 2019
