Best experience I ever had with a bank (or any other company)

Monzo has transformed the way I see banks, money and what I can do with them. The mobile app is very easy to use and every time I needed to contact customer support, their service has been stellar! Useful Mobile App

sorry but its crap

it is shit as my friend transferred me money and as i dont know where the money come from as the money came for a different person altogether and now my bank are doing a full blown investigation over it all as you can be SCAMMED over it and its not nice for one of your friends to do that to you so if people say to you can i put some money in your account ask the reason why they are putting the money in and what it is for as my bank account has now been frozen because of all the situation Reviewed on: 20th May 2019

Brilliant company!

I love Monzo, becoming money savvy I decided to try it at the recommendation of a friend. I love that the card breaks down your spending, you can set budgets and see exactly where your money has gone every month. I find it much more advanced than some of the bigger banks.
