Simply put, the best account I've had in my life

I still remember arriving to the UK and struggling to get banks to open an account for me because I didn't have an address yet. I also remember numerous issues with my previous bank's mobile app, the rather simplistic and insufficient experience, and the inconvenience of having log in with password, secure password, 2FA key, security question, and a drop of holy water from the Vatican. Horrible memories. Thankfully, that's all in the past! With Monzo I've found a bank that opened my account with just a few clicks, charged me nothing, and in return gave me a rich mobile-first experience, tons of powerful features to help me see where my money goes (and save some in the process!), and a great, responsive customer support! All in all, it's not only the best so-called 'challenger bank' I've used; It's the best bank, period. Reviewed on: 8th February 2019

A 21st century bank

I've been with the bank since the early days and their customers support is absolutely super. Not only that, their features are amazing: instant bank notifications, predicted spending, budgets, pots and savings, freeze cards and I could go on.
