Ease to use app & fantastic customer support

The Monzo current account and app is so intuitive and helpful in terms of the budgeting tools available. I have several family members who use the bank and they utilise the budgeting features in different ways showing great flexibility in it's usage. Quite simply, the best bank I have ever banked with. I just love Monzo, they are not like another bank, more like having a friend who's into Tech and keeps your money safe for you

Easy, fast banking, friendly and casual interface and cleaver features.

I love Monzo and tell all my friends and family about it. They are constantly developing new features and products, which you can read about regularly to see what's coming up. It's free e-banking to other great benefits like super easy online management, excellent accessible customer service, really easy to move your money around and see what you're spending (reporting tools etc are great). The future is here

Fast, efficient and friendly. Monzo take the pain hassle out of opening bank account. They use technology in the way it should be used to make things streamlined and efficient. They a very much welcomed breath-of-fresh air within an industry that is stuffy, archaic, slow to adapt and move with the times. I'm not a millenial I'm a 52 year old and I LOVE Monzo. Great easy to use app

Really good app, very easy to set up. Originally got as a foreign money card but now use as a way to record extra unplanned purchases. Really like the updates on future plans and extending of the service so will likely stick with it and can only see my use of this account increasing. Reviewed on: 5th February 2019

Good for money management and abroad spendng

Whilst not quite enough to get me to quit my legacy bank for good (Monzo unfortunately doesn't offer good enough savings/ loans rates yet), this current account is the best I've ever used. The fee-free spending abroad is another huge plus. Reviewed on: 4th February 2019
