The banking future we all need

A refreshing customer-focussed approach to personal banking Reviewed on: 17th January 2018

New but awesome

Since moving to the current account Monzo has become my main account. Signup was effortless. The interface is smooth and has (almost) all the features I want. Yes it still has a lot of growth ahead but being built on new tech means legacy stuff is not an issue as with older banks and so I feel far safer putting my money in Monzo than any other bank in the world. And it will only get better because they listen to customer suggestions and then act on them. Reviewed on: 17th January 2018

REVOLUTIONISED MY FINANCES

Before Monzo, I struggled to make money last until the end of the month. I'd pay my bills, and spend on groceries or fun stuff without stopping until my cards were declined. I know this sounds like a soundbite for an ad, but now I honestly feel like I'm in control for the first time in my adult life. Reviewed on: 17th January 2018
