Monzo Current account reviews (19402)

Banking done right!

I have been using Monzo as my main bank since October 2017 (I was part of the beta who had early access to the full current account). Monzo being a mobile only bank was a little daunting at first, but I soon found that this didn't matter at all (only slight annoyance is not being able to pay in cheques and cash). The budgeting tools are amazing and have actually helped me save enough to put a deposit down on a house! The only issues I have ever experienced have been the result of third-party issues, for which Monzo have been apologetic and have said they are taking steps to prevent the issues from happening again. Forward thinking money monzo

From the outset Monzo have been fabulous!!! Exceent customer's service. Free to use abroad. Easy to use and read records and ongoing tabs of what you spend and where. Top security and phone needs authority ( tap to approve transaction ) so straight away you know if your card was being used dishonestly. Monzo have a 10/10 from me in customer service too. Great budgeting tools on a great bank account

Best bank I've ever used!

Monzo are modern, fast and transparent. The worst thing about old banks is that they are so slow to do anything, accepting applications, sending your card, and then just transfering money takes a couple of days. Monzo is everything you think a bank should be. Reviewed on: 15th January 2019

The best current account I've ever had

The Best Customer Experience You Can Get

I've been with Monzo since their very, very early days (April 2015). I've watched them grow and expand, and I was one of the first few people to use their current account, even back before you couldn't use CASS.
