The most helpful bank I've dealt with.

I've come unstuck several times since opening an account with Monzo, lost card, forgotten pin, blocked card in foreign country, double charged in foreign country. All have been dealt within in a few hours, fully resolved via the app chat bot service. Fantastic. Reviewed on: 16th January 2019

I can not stop telling people how great using Monzo for my banking is! It has saved me hundreds of pounds and will continue to do so. It lets me live within my means and makes payments between friends and bills very easy and convenient. You won't find anything better than Monzo. Reviewed on: 16th January 2019

A glimse of how other banks will work in the future when they catch up

Monzo makes everything very simple and clear to use and has been the best app or product i've ever used to allow me to track what I spend very easily. Recently I also got a report of what i'd spent across 2017 on average, and on what which was illuminating. So many of Monzo's features are no-brainers, it's no surprise we're seeing other companies try to copy them now. Reviewed on: 16th January 2019

Fantastic bank, great visibility into my money

Seamless sign up experience. App is a breeze to use and is great at displaying exactly what I need to know at a glance. I really like the analytics on where my money is going each month and that based on historical spending, roughly how much I should have left over each month. Would highly recommend. Since moving to Monzo almost a year ago I can't imagine using another bank or banking method again. I've already recommended then to many friends who have taken my suggestion and signed up who now also love it. Old school banks better watch out. Reviewed on: 16th January 2019

Absolutely the best Current Account bank

So clear, simple and honest with the fees, communications, roadmap. It’s refreshing to see. Only slight issue is the speed of customer care, but given you’ll likely never need to them, as everything else is so good, I can live with it. Reviewed on: 16th January 2019
