Monzo has revolutionised banking for me, they give you so much information accessed easily through an app, making it so much easier to budget. Reviewed on: 14th January 2018

A stunning product and outstanding customer service!

I recommend Monzo's current account to anyone that comments on my (fabulous) coral-pink card, or that compliments their excellent spending dashboard app. They are a company that listens to their customers, and know what their customers want as a result. I have found it much easier to manage my spending using their app than I ever did with previous account providers, and I think that is because Monzo are focused exclusively on getting their current account right! Innovative, modern, efficient with an all round fresh approach

A brilliant new bank offering a current account with ease of access through a phone app which is seamless. A new way of banking which works seamlessly and allows you to access you money and keep up-to-date with transactions on the go! Reviewed on: 9th January 2018

Everything a bank should be, but lots more.

Fantastic customer service. Any issue that I have encountered has been dealt with in a personal, quick and efficient way. I could not have asked for more. The app itself is a complete revolution. Amazing!

Being able to see your transactions in real time means no more getting caught out when things you have forgotten about show up. Their customer service is also second to none - seriously impressed! Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

A bank for me

Monzo has a fantastic app, for the first time I feel like this is a bank/app which puts the user first and genuinely helps to manage my budget & analyse/understand my spending. The app is incredibly user friendly, I love it. Can you marry a banking app?! Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

Beyond Excellent - 11 out of 10

I'm a curmudgeonly octogenarian so I don't give praise lightly to anyone. I have no current account with Monzo but I did take out their foreign cash card earlier this year. To compare this Bank's consummate professionalism - in every aspect of their modus operandi - versus many other competitors with whom I've banked over the years is to mark the difference between bucket and Boeing, hence the title of my review. great product, great service

I am really happy with the service Monzo provide. Having a top-up card is brilliant and their customer service is great, they respond very quickly and always inform customers in advance if there may be the odd technical issue. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2018
