Monzo has made banking easy and accessible. Instant live chat support means that branches aren’t needed and they have turned routine services into banking services - for example cheques are sent through the post and cash is deposited with PayPoint corner shops Reviewed on: 15th January 2019

Very easy to use, brilliant customer service and allows you full control of your finances. In addition in less than a year they have made juges improvements like pots, savings.
