I have been using Monzo for almost a year now and have found their service to be way ahead of the big banks. Any issues that I have experienced have been dealt with quickly without been passed from person to person. The big banks should take note of everything about Monzo from the ease of account opening to the speed of support. Reviewed on: 15th January 2019

Monzo showed me how poorly the traditional retail banks operated. I initially acquired a Monzo account to just use when abroad, but I loved their app and company ethos so much that I know use it as my primary account.
