Everything is great about Monzo: the way it gives me control over my money, visualise where it goes, and allow me to save it in pots where I can't spend it right away. I only wish they had a Business account. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Powerful, safe, reliable

The Monzo app is super powerful, and at the same time easy to use – I never need to dig around for something like I often do in other apps. Customer support is impeccable: they always answered promptly to any query I had and were truly helpful, unlike every other customer support out there that just spews out prefabricated answers. Hello People. Stay away from this bank, they just threat you as a rubbish. My experience with them was that they froze my bank account while i was abroad, and at that time that was my only bank account available, so i was left with no money in late evening on the street. I have informed Financial ombudsman service about this situation. Let's do something about this. People who have similar experience with them please contact me on ardis.roznieks@gmail . They will not change if it is just one person, we should do something together. it has been 3 days, and still they haven't give me a reason or any explanation. p.s do not try to post on their forum they just mark the post as spam and hide from public. A friend recommended Monzo to me, after hearing me complain about my traditional bank. Sometimes as a customer you don't know what you want or what is out there untill you have it. In less than a week with Monzo, I cancelled my main bank account and never looked back. (the key difference is shown when you lose your card, monzo responds on chat where you freeze the card within seconds and its solved. For my traditional bank I'm still on hold with India for 2 years and juggling 10 different passwords) Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Banking has always been quite a standard practice such as opening an account and putting money in / taking it out. Monzo has been a complete new revolution in managing budgets, adding savings pots by demand or simply rounding up the pennies. It also offers benefits in referrals. Since Monzo, so many other similar concepts have emerged, but Monzo seems fully committed in becoming a recognised bank that's a contender in the digital age. Easy to keep track of money

Monzo makes it so easy to keep track of your money and know where you're overspending. It helps you monthly budget and lets you know how much you're set to have over. The notification when you buy something is also really handy. I lost my card on a night out the other day and when someone spent on it I was notified immediately and able to freeze my card Reviewed on: 5th December 2018

My Bank in my hand

Everything just works so seamlessly on my phone - from opening an account, to downloading my card into ApplePay, to making payments and tracking my spending. I can do everything at the click of a button, and it's secure with TouchID, and never have to sign a piece of paper or phone my bank again! Reviewed on: 5th December 2018
