I’ve been using Monzo for years and never had any is...

I’ve been using Monzo for years and never had any issues. The switch over from NatWest was really easy. I got married and changed my name and had the rigmarole of changing it with everyone. Went onto their live chat, within 10 minutes it was changed - all I had to do was upload a picture of my ID and my marriage certificate. Most places ask for you to sent the original document in the post. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

My sister introduced me to Monzo as she swears by it so I took her advice and created an account. The Monzo banking app is so user friendly and easy to use! Monzo's interface and pots tool helped me learn how to save. It enabled me to save enough money for my house deposit and even to this day saving money every month and using pots to categorise. The customer service I've recieved with them has been great and they are able to answer my questions when needed. Reviewed on: 20th March 2025
