Would highly recommend

I have a Monzo Max account and it is well worth the money. I originally only got the account to cover Travel and Phone insurance but the added perks make it great value for money! The team at Monzo are also extremely helpful, I recently had a fraudulent activity on my account, within 10 minutes of reporting they had refunded the money and cancelled my card, within 48 hours I had received my new card. Monzo has taken the pain out of financial decisions.

I switched to Monzo from a NatWest account, the interface is so much more user friendly, I am able to customise my dashboard which is SO helpful when I am a visual person. The availability and ease of application on products like Flex and Loans has taken the pain out of financial decisions. Reviewed on: 19th March 2025

Who needs Greg when you have Monzo!!

I love Monzo. It's simple yet thorough, quirky yet stylish and the service is personal yet professional. I couldn't ask for more in a bank! I've never had any issues that haven't been resolved quickly and efficiently. There is a human being on the other end of the chat function which makes the world of difference and I genuinely enjoy spending time on my Monzo app personalising my experience and making it work or me. It is the most user/customer friendly bank I've ever used. The app is effortless to use and has an incredibly human touch to it. The language that Monzo use for communicating makes you feel comfortable with their support whilst also providing a little giggle here and there.
