Monzo - making financial services less rigid

I have financial products with numerous companies and have had with even more in the past. Monzo isn’t like anything else I’ve come across. Originally I got it for spending abroad, now it’s become my every day bank account and I’m looking to move more of my business to them in the next financial year. Their customer service is excellent; however, it’s rare that you’d need to contact them anyway. The app works brilliantly and it’s difficult for things to actually go wrong. Superb banking

Can’t fault Monzo, easy to use, great customer service, everything is streamlined. I love using pots to save for specific events. Reviewed on: 19th March 2025

Easy money

Simple to use banking app and easy way to manage finance. Not all down to Monzo but I managed to get out of debt by keeping track of what I was spending on everything (great categorization). I've been blown away since opening my account

Best bank I’ve ever used

Used Monzo for around 5 years now I believe and they have been nothing but excellent. Savings rates are great and I’ve never had an issue with them. The extras you get for the premium card is fantastic as well and well worth the money. Reviewed on: 19th March 2025
