Monzo is trailblazing the way for modern banking!

Monzo is trailblazing the way for modern banking! I have been a customer of theirs for many years now (ah the golden ticket days) and I am constantly impressed by the level of service, new functionality and innovation. I pay £3 a month for an extra package, and it means I can set up virtual cards to manage my budgets, and see ALL my accounts in one place which means it’s not *just* a banking app, it’s THE banking app. It manages ALL my money, in one place. Will forever recommend Monzo to my friends and family (they are bored of hearing it now tbh) but they are truly unmatched. Reviewed on: 11th April 2025

Monzo makes money less scary.

Monzo makes money less scary. The easy to use app, pots and ability to invest with ease make me feel more confident in my budgeting and money future. No other bank ?I've used has felt like it was made and adapted for me, rather than a 50 year old. Reviewed on: 11th April 2025

Monzo has helped me become financially empowered

Having a Monzo account has helped me save money successfully for the first time in my life. Having different pots for different things, presented in a clear, easy way, has helped me visualise my money and understand where to allocate it. It really helps me not overspend. Being able to round up my transactions is a great way to save money in a passive way, and their 365 day saving challenge is also a great initiative that's helping me to save without even noticing. The Monzo app is so easy to use and it's actually quite fun too - I never thought finances could be fun, money has always made me feel really stressed. I can genuinely say that Monzo has been a huge driving force in my becoming financially empowered over the last few years. Reviewed on: 11th April 2025

I’ve been a loyal customer since 2019, and I’ve always had a great experience with your customer support team. They’re always there to help me out when I need it, and they’re really helpful and friendly. I also love the perks you offer, like Cashback with Monzo, Investments, and Railcard.
