We have been with Monzo for 5 years now and since the beginning it has supported us with our budgeting and managing our money. There is a range of benefits and when we’ve been abroad they’ve made it easy. Any issues I’ve had they’ve been really responsive and the security using the app is also brilliant. Being able to Freeze cards from within the app and all contact being through the app ensures the security for my banking. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Efficient and friendly !

Amazing and friendly service, i had a scam issue and they helped me freeze my card and order a new one. Thankfully due to their quick responses i had no money taken from me. Thank god for their accept/decline online payment feature Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Really easy to use.

Monzo is really easy to use. I like that it helps me easily keep track of my spending each month and also save money in pots for different areas of spend. I also like the 1p savings challenge which is helping me to reach my end of year savings goal. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
