Well laid out and comprehensive help.

It’s very clearly laid out, all the help is very comprehensive which means you always have peace of mind which is what I desire when I’m dealing with money. They also offer many great features like pots which helps me save by putting a title on the pot so that it drives me to save more money as I can see the pot for my holiday go up as I put more money in it. Can't beat them.

Can't beat them. I've banked with loads of the national banks and some of the other online only banks. None of them come close. I can manage everything from my mortgage, savings, pots, spending, credit cards, credit scores etc in one single app, and it's got so much functionality! Even simple things like custom categories for spending. Also their customer service is fast, easy to access and relevant. Would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Monzo forever

I use monzo as my permanent bank account, and also have monzo max. I’m inherently terrible with money, but monzo makes it a little easier for me to me see just how bad I am. I also really love that I can seperate all my money and everything can be paid out of those pots. I also find that banks can be too serious, and monzo aren’t and it makes me feel better.
