Keep up the good work :)

I have currently swapped to Monzo Max and I am over the moon. Amongst all the perks including insurance, breakdown cover our discounted lounge access - I get to enjoy a free sausage roll every week. In the last year's Monzo wrapped up I ended up in the top 10% of Greggs sausage roll buyers in my area, so... the switch was made without much consideration :) But jokes aside, I love the simplicity and convenience of the Monzo app which consolidates all my accounts into one place. Unfortunately, I am unable to comment on the costumer service part since I never needed to use it (a positive in itself), but as an avid Linked In scroller, I can imagine it is a pleasant encounter seeing other people speaking of them kindly. Current and Joint account user- love Monzo

Tone of Voice

Everything from there marketing to there tone of voice is excellently done. The app is super easy to use and love the use of emojis. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

User friendly, easy to understand.

Very user friendly, great budgeting tool (Monzo pots and cards) and easy to understand financial literacy topics. Love the virtual cards linked to my pots - great for budgeting groceries and tube fares. Useful perks too (annual railcard and free food!). Also, the saving challenges and incentives are great! Hands down, the best Bank in the UK

Best bank ever

I’ve had Monzo for over five years now, and it’s been my main bank account since I opened it. Everything is just so simple to do, I can split my money into separate pots and manage everything so well. I can see exactly what I’m spending and saving, and the roundups of my change add up massively to help my rainy day fund! Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
