Monzo: The Best Banking Experience Out There!

Monzo has completely transformed the way I manage my finances. The user experience is absolutely seamless, making banking effortless and enjoyable. Every feature is designed with convenience in mind, and it shows! One of the standout features for me is Monzo Flex – it’s a game-changer when it comes to budgeting. The ability to spread payments easily, all within the app, helps me stay in control of my finances without any hassle. The Monzo Max account is simply outstanding. The benefits are second to none, from enhanced protection to fantastic perks – I genuinely can’t rate it highly enough! It’s hands down the best premium banking option available. I also love how easy it is to set up and manage savings pots. Whether it’s saving for a holiday or building up an emergency fund, the flexibility makes it so simple to stay on track. Tried on a whim, stayed because it was amazing!

I have had nothing but a good experience with Monzo. From their understanding customer service to their benefits that you can receive just by being a customer! Their app is very easy to use and transferring money is an absolute breeze. I had some money troubles and their customer service were amazing about it and have been so extremely helpful. Monzo, The best bank ever? Yes.

I have all of the Monzo features that a normal user can have, and it has been the best and easiest Bank to use, ever. I am a Max Current Account member, and the perks along with it are great, with better interest rates, reduced investment rates and all of the other perks such as travel insurance and breakdown cover. I have a Joint account and their Flex Credit card, and every piece works exactly as you need it to. They constantly update the system and make it easier for their users, always taking feedback on to improve the user experience. The one area I do find difficult, is finding info on very specific circumstances. They have a lot in their FAQ, but I find it difficult sometimes for more niche queries to get answered. Very good, friendly and easy to understand interface.

Very good, friendly and easy to understand interface. Much more modern feel than traditional banks. Very generous interest rates for savings accounts that can be accessed freely. Originally opened an account for the rounded savings feature and will soon be moving all other banks into this. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
