Fab experience with Monzo

Monzo the Main

Monzo isn’t just a bank, it’s a community, at least that’s how I feel. I’ve continually had great support from the customer service team, help from the fraud department in moments I didn’t know I needed them and continuous great products. Me and my partner have chosen them for a joint account for these reasons. I’ve been with Monzo since they were in beta as a ‘top up’ card and followed their journey to becoming a fully pledged bank and they’ve been my go to for everything. Great Experience

Used Monzo for years and it’s great, budgeting, security features like virtual cards and great add ons like being able to see all my UK bank accounts in one app. Also their other offerings are great like Flex credit card and also Business accounts all in one product/app. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
