Easy to use but not basic.

Easy to use but not basic. Customer services and always responsive. Makes banking a lot easier than a lot of other banks. Love being able to use pots and the great offers accessible when using the bank. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Monzo is so simple and easy to use.

Monzo is so simple and easy to use. I love that you get the best exchange rate when travelling abroad and you can use the debit card anywhere! The app makes it easy to keep track of money and see where you've been spending. I use Monzo as a back up account to my main bank account, the flexibility abroad and ease of transfers of funds to friends and family through simple transfers means I often transfer money from my primary account to my Monzo and transfer from there as it is often easier and more convenient Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
