Not a bad word to say

I love using Monzo because of the pots you can create. It makes managing my money so much easier. I have pots set up for weekly spending money, for my bills that are coming out later in the month and I don’t want to accidentally spend, pots for holiday, for petrol, for getting my hair done, etc. That way I’m never left trying to find the money. I’ve been with Monzo for 5 years. Being able to request money from your friends rather than having to awkwardly ask them to pay you back is a 10/10. I can’t comment on customer service because I’ve never had an issue so not needed to contact customer service. The only thing I’d change is for Monzo’s refer a friend scheme to reward you more money because I’d be rich Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Monzo is the best!

Monzo is the best! The app is super easy to use, it helps me save - shout out to the 1p saving challenge - i absolutely love the tabs function as it makes it so much easier to split bills fairly on holiday etc, and in general it's just really easy to use and helps me feel in control of my finances.
