Hot Coral, Sausage Rolls and Greg

I love everything about Monzo! Hot coral, sausage rolls and Greg (obviously!) but it’s not just fancy marketing…simple to use app, the kids accounts are PERFECT and my children love their hot pink cards plus fun and clever initiatives like the savings challenge strengthen my absolute brand affinity! The bank for everyone

I’ll be honest, I was sceptical when I first heard of Monzo but I’m so glad I now bank with them. I also bank with Lloyds but Monzo is just so simple and easy to use. I can easily create pots to split my money out without having to “open a new account” and there’s so many fantastic cash back offers, for retailers I actually use. A huge mention is their interest rates, some of the best I’ve seen around and now all of my saving is done in Monzo, I’ll also look at their investment options later this year. I’m in the process of moving away from Lloyds and by the end of the year will do all of my banking through Monzo. Also if you ever need to contact their customer service they are fab, so polite and really quick at responding, well done team! Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Monzo makes banking a joy

I pay for Monzo premium and I love the actual benefits you get. Treats like the cinema and Greggs but also better savings rates too. The customer service team are excellent every time I've needed them. The app is super easy to use and great for categorising spends. The virtual cards also brilliant. Their tone of voice is less serious but also super trustworthy and accessible. They really make banking a joy. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Best Bank Account going

I got a Monzo account when I was doing some travelling with intention to use it purely as an international account because of the no fees. Cut to 6 years later and it's my main account that I use for everything from a current account to a savings account. I'm looking into the Flex as well. Huge fan. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

I love the app features, they’re so simple and easy...
