I never thought I’d feel genuine affection for my bank.

I never thought I’d feel genuine affection for my bank. But I do! They’ve always been excellent in every interaction: helpful with insurance, resolved an attempted fraud, addressed some issues I had with duplicate payments. All promptly, without any issues. Reviewed on: 12th February 2026

What did I do without Monzo? Before Monzo, I was terrified to look at my account, I was overspending, forgetting about priority bills and my financial health was down the toilet. Now, I'm in control.
