Never had a problem with Monzo and when money was taken from my account in error they were quick to act and return it to me! Reviewed on: 11th March 2025

Easy to use app.

Easy to use app. I love being able to sort money in to pots, it’s really helpful to see what I’m saving towards a goal and means I’m less likely to take money out from it. I had to use support a few months ago as a friend gave me an incorrect account number and Monzo support were quick and easy to access and enabled me to get my money back.
