Streets ahead of the high street

Amazing app and bank - streets ahead of the high street. Very convenient for travel and easy to use. Great for tracking spending habits, mortgage payments and paying back friends / splitting bills all in one place. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

I have been with Monzo for more than 8 years.

I have been with Monzo for more than 8 years. At first I was a little sceptical of a new bank but over time I have transitioned all my banking to Monzo along with my wife and I's joint current account. We are both paid members and the perks are fantastic with little querk that you don't even realise that you have! Customer service is excellent l with most queries answered or resolved within hours with no daft on hold music and waiting on agents. We have recently got other family members using Monzo, with some using it solely as a travel bank for the best exchange rates when abroad. I look forward to seeing what the future has in store for Monzo and I will certainly be at the forefront of this. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

My experience with monzo has been amazing!

My experience with monzo has been great, the customer service and customer chat is always available, i got scammed one and i was able to freeze my card immediatly, i love that i can make so many saving pods, and they have increased my credit limit to 500£ after 3 months of use, it is just a perfect bank. i highly reccomend. waiting to win that 1000£ :) Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
