Always fast and efficient, makes things easy and simple in the way they display things. I recently took out a loan with them, simply because of the ease of overpaying I have paid back 60% in under 5 months, vs traditional banks where overpaying feels like a chore. The Monzo app is incredibly easy to use.

The Monzo app is incredibly easy to use. They continually roll out new features that seamlessly integrate into my existing knowledge of the platform. They soft sell at the right level (i.e its never too pushy). Couldn't recommend higher. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

I love monzo!

Bravo Monzo!

The app is so very simple to use, support is on hand as and when needed. An example of this was a purchase I made and never received the goods. One click and they had paid back the money into my account and told me they would take up claiming the money from the company. Always helpful and reassuring; quick to respond to my questions when I need help on the app or things confirmed. The ability to put my pay into pots means I don’t go over budget each month. Interest rates for pots are also very competitive and I love the 1p savings challenge too. Plus the Threads account rocks. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
