Always fast and efficient, makes things easy and simple in the way they display things. I recently took out a loan with them, simply because of the ease of overpaying I have paid back 60% in under 5 months, vs traditional banks where overpaying feels like a chore. The Monzo app is incredibly easy to use. They continually roll out new features that seamlessly integrate into my existing knowledge of the platform. They soft sell at the right level (i.e its never too pushy). Couldn't recommend higher. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
