Bravo Monzo!

The app is so very simple to use, support is on hand as and when needed. An example of this was a purchase I made and never received the goods. One click and they had paid back the money into my account and told me they would take up claiming the money from the company. Also absolutely banging social media presence, really moves with the times, bravo Monzo!! Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Always helpful and reassuring; quick to respond to my questions when I need help on the app or things confirmed. The ability to put my pay into pots means I don’t go over budget each month. Interest rates for pots are also very competitive and I love the 1p savings challenge too. Plus the Threads account rocks. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Monzo makes it so easy to manage your money and make transfers. I love the ability to put money into 'pots' so you can plan and save better, and the ease of doing everything online rather than having to make a phone-call or go in-branch. Keep doing what you're doing! Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
