Very intuitive interface with regular updates. Great features for helping you save and manage your money. Customer service has helped me seamlessly when I needed to raise my transfer limit, and when I suspected fraud. The only thing that threw me off was when I tried to get an account for my wife. The app is incredibly user-friendly, with a clean and intuitive interface that makes banking a breeze. Here's what I particularly love: * Real-time notifications: Instant alerts for every transaction give me complete visibility of my spending, helping me stay on top of my finances. * Budgeting tools: The 'Pots' feature is fantastic for setting aside money for specific goals. It's made saving so much easier and more enjoyable. * Easy spending breakdowns: The app automatically categorises my spending, providing clear insights into where my money goes. Monzo Max.

Been with monzo since 2016 and have been a a beta user and a Max subscriber. They have great tools and features that I haven’t seen on any other bank and are usually quick to resolve queries and issues as well as being informative, upfront and transparent. Reviewed on: 11th March 2025
