Monzo is great

Monzo is the easiest bank to use once I transferred over from metro they have been my only bank for a few years now and I don’t plan on ever changing from Monzo. The account offers easy access savings to gain interest and take out whenever you like or put it away and save, their flex credit card is great, it allows pay in 3 or add the payments onto the card and pay at a later date and they help you if you aren’t able to pay it off. Excellent extras

I have had my Monzo account for 5 years and have never been more satisfied with a provider. Getting paid a working day early and be able to use my card abroad with out fees are fantastic bonuses, especially for a free account! Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Simple set up with easy to access to App

I've been a monzo user for nearly 10 years!

I've been a monzo user for nearly 10 years! I've always had a great experience, from the first instance of their personalised customer service chat options and having the bright coral cards arrived to the Monzo Wrapped - they really know how to delight and surprise their customers. Not only that but as their offerings grew it's allowed me better visibility into my banking, investments and savings, easily allows me to save for things like car insurance every month with pots to avoid having to "poverty tax" on high price products that I'd otherwise have to pay more for monthly. As a MAX customer, I love the lounge access, greggs goodies and pizza express discount as well as the ability to insure, invest and save in a meaningful way. It feels like Monzo is the perfect bank for me, balancing silly and fun with serious banking. Perfect! Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
