Monzo makes money accessible and easy to control. It’s incredibly simple to use, I like the ability to split bills, the user interface is very well designed and the app is incredibly responsive. For an online only bank, without an ancient monolith the uptime is incredibly impressive, only once how I had a momentary issue which was solved the next time I checked. Reviewed on: 11th March 2025

The Perfect Online Bank

Best UK Bank

Whenever there is a problem, they are extremely quick to fix. For example, I was charged double by a travel company. Monzo refunded me instantly and dealt with the travel company in their own time. Been with Monzo for a little over 5 years now and I've never had any problems and any time I've needed to contact Monzo regarding anything they've always been great, helpful and gave me the information I needed and ensured whatever my issue was, got resolved to the best of their ability.
