Monzo putting their customers first

I haven't had to use customer service however Monzo is the best bank that I havd been with and they always have schemes to try and save their customers as much money as they can. They also provide a cashback service for customers which is brilliant and can save me some money. However I would like more variation with the cashback as there id only 5-10 companies at a time. Modern Banking Made Sexy

Very quick, has good options. Can see how to break down your money clearly with photos, pots etc. A good visual representation is a good way to be more conscious of what you’re doing with your money. Reviewed on: 11th March 2025

Monzo best banking app

I used Monzo since 2021 and haven’t had an issues with the banking app, if I need support I know I can request support 24/7 easy to navigate and the support is reliable and if I have any issues it’s normally solved within 48 hours, quick and fast support I have Monzo Max plan and the perks I receive are amazing and I will continue to use Monzo, best bank I used, I have used other banks and nothing compares to Monzo Reviewed on: 11th March 2025

Easy to use and feature packed

A good app, with full functionality of everything I’d want, transactions, notifications, visibility of recurring payments, easy to pay others and request money. I can do international transfers. You can generate spare online cards to protect your main card details, then there’s extra security like location based. Reviewed on: 11th March 2025
