It's good on the whole

When Monzo works, it's fantastic, but when it doesn't, it can be quite frustrating. I've encountered issues with Monzo flagging my payments as fraud, even after completing all the necessary security checks. On the bright side, Monzo to Monzo bank transfers are seamless, and the app itself is user-friendly and efficient. Reviewed on: 5th March 2025

Monzo is one of the easiest banking apps and what is amazing the app and ease doesn't make it feel like banking. I love the design and features. I just set up a joint account with my partner and it was done within 2 minutes. The ease of use and taking the pain away from the customer. We can see Monzo is a modern customer centric app! Monzo was recommended to me by a friend and I have loved my experience with the bank ever since. It's a very simple app to use to do all my banking in one place. I've been using it for years and I love all the features especially Pots, splitting bills with friends and investing my spare change! I haven't found a bank that compares to Monzo to be honest. A better Internet Banking Experience .
