I swapped from a 'bricks and mortar' bank to Monzo...

I swapped from a 'bricks and mortar' bank to Monzo a few years ago and at first I was apprehensive about using Monzo as my main and only current account with it being online only but now I couldn't go back to a traditional bank! I have encountered issues when purchasing items in the past and had to report through my account and customer service responded almost instantly to my queries. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

MONZO Outranks All Others

Monzo is so easy to use and their online customer service is second to none. I chose the Max Family Plus account which comes with included phone insurance, travel insurance RAC UK and European breakdown cover, Vue cinema tickets and a free Greg's treat every week.
