The app is easy to use, and has good features

The app is easy to use, and has good features like rounding up, saving pots, bill splitting and spend categorisation. The perks I get on my Max account are decent and if I've ever had a problem the customer service gets back to me in a reasonable time Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

I have never had any issues with using the Monzo app...

I have never had any issues with using the Monzo app or using my card, it is extremely easy to navigate and the features such as different savings pots makes it easy for me to put money away for certain things which is visually very helpful. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025
