Monzo has made banking enjoyable

Since setting up my account with Monzo, I have never been more invested in my money, returns, savings and ISAs. I absolutely love the app, it's so easy to use. Brilliant Easy Banking

Overall, my experience with Monzo is an excellent one. I do have an issue which is in danger of not being resolved satisfactorily hence my marking at the moment of ‘good’ instead of ‘excellent’ as the outcome is not yet known. That said, I have been kept well informed and customer service staff have been very helpful. Otherwise, can’t recommend them highly enough. Reviewed on: 18th February 2025
