Monzo is just a dream to use. The app is excellent with simple to use features and loads up so much quicker than my other banking apps. I love the way I can keep tabs on other bank accounts in the app at the same time. The customer service is top notch and my virtual debit cards help me keep my purchases tracked. There's always someone to help when an issue arises, though this rarely happens. They're very good at helping victims of scammers. They offer multiple saving accounts with great rates and they have a great investment portfolio. Reviewed on: 25th March 2026

The best bank I've ever had an account with

It is incredibly easy to get anything done with Monzo. From the day to day (transfers / savings and adding security features like a secret code or security check for larger transfers via a trusted contact), to the more complex requests (transferring large sums of money or opening investments and linking other accounts) to some of the least desirable aspects of having a bank account (dealing with difficult sellers or online fraud issues), Monzo makes every process I've ever had to use it for so much easier than previous banks I've had accounts with. They genuinely deserve to win an award, they're outstanding! Reviewed on: 25th March 2026
