Monzo as a bank are faultless.

Monzo as a bank are faultless. honestly the most customer focused, innovative and forward thinking bank. i have savings, current accounts, loans and my insurance all through them because they make it SO easy. i had my phone stolen whilst travelling a few years ago and they were incredibly helpful at reinstating my app on a different phone, at an intensely stressful time. i send everyone to set up a monzo, honestly i love them! Absolutely no complaints from me.

Absolutely no complaints from me. Card is fabulous when you go abroad and I love the options with the penny saver, the pot, the way the app is laid out, etc. never had to contact customer service since joining so that's positive. Reviewed on: 10th February 2026

I love my current account, especially for the option...

I love my current account, especially for the options I get! I love I can make cards to take advantage of offers I’m not sure of, love their loans, which I can pay off extra without penalty and are super easy to apply for. I even got a business account with them which had all the wonderful extras I have come to expect from Monzo. It even makes me sound cool when I mention I bank with them. Oh and I love my rail card and Greggs perks too!! But most of all it feels SAFE, and if I lose my card I can switch it straight off. Thanks Monzo!! Reviewed on: 10th February 2026
