I have used Monzo for a few years now and not only do they keep delivering amazing features in their app their customer service is on point! Quick, helpful and friendly. Monzo is the best bank I’ve ever used

Monzo is the best bank I’ve ever used - amazing mobile app, intuitive, connected to credit cards and other banks, and amazing benefits as part of the paid plan such as better interest rates, custom categories, and other perks. Couldn’t recommend it any further! Reviewed on: 10th February 2026

Easy to use, packed with features, great support

Easy to use, tons of features both out of the box and on their subscription plans. Looks great, adding/editing payees is seemless. Budgeting tools are the best I’ve seen. Savings pots are great too, the 1p challenge is a big plus Reviewed on: 10th February 2026

Monzo as a bank are faultless.

Monzo as a bank are faultless. honestly the most customer focused, innovative and forward thinking bank. i have savings, current accounts, loans and my insurance all through them because they make it SO easy. i had my phone stolen whilst travelling a few years ago and they were incredibly helpful at reinstating my app on a different phone, at an intensely stressful time. i send everyone to set up a monzo, honestly i love them! Absolutely no complaints from me.

Absolutely no complaints from me. Card is fabulous when you go abroad and I love the options with the penny saver, the pot, the way the app is laid out, etc. never had to contact customer service since joining so that's positive. Reviewed on: 10th February 2026
