Great bank

The Max monthly payment is great value for money as it includes breakdown cover, travel and phone insurance for myself and my partner. I have only ever had a really positive experience with Monzo and think they combine being a modern bank with being trustworthy and transparent. The app is really easy to use and you can tell that they do care about their customers and are constantly trying to bring in new things to benefit them. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026

brilliant, personalised customer service

Monzo is my main bank, they have helped me through some though times! They are so helpful and actually care about my account. There was a period I was in my overdraft for a while and they checked in to see if I was alright, I thought that was so sweet because no other bank has ever done that. I will never leave Monzo! Fantastic bank with a wide range of options

It’s the best banking app (someone who has many)
