Excellent UX, makes managing finance simpler.

Excellent user experience, love the control you get to tailor your app experience. Each feature they have helps manage finances and makes budgeting simpler. Perks is great value for money more than pays for its self with all the rewards you get. Have never had a reason to use customer service so can't comment there but never having the need to is a testament in itself of the smooth running of their service. Reviewed on: 25th March 2026

Absolutely love Monzo.

Absolutely love Monzo. As a young person looking to budget, Monzo is perfect for this. The app is what sets it apart, early pay day and pots too. All things other banks can do… but don’t. Monzo goes that extra mile. Reviewed on: 25th March 2026
