Great bank, used them for years. Never had any issues with support and they are always quick to resolve any issues regarding refunds etc. Love the perks, love the challenge pots and the savings are intuitive and easy to use in app. Competitive interest rates against high street banks. Best experience ever

I would like to express my great admiration for the bank’s electronic services. Honestly, I have never seen a bank that understands its customers’ needs and develops its services this quickly. It feels as if the bank understands what you need without you even having to ask. The services are comfortable, efficient, and truly customer-focused. Great choice of accounts from basic to paid, recently upgraded to max as it is good value for money with plenty of features, responsive customer service and recovered funds when scammed by a fraud sting.
