Fantastic bank with excellent customer service

I have been a Monzo customer for over 5 years and have never had any issues. The app is fantastic and very user-friendly. Customer service is unsurpassed. The ability to transfer money into pots is brilliant. I can't recommend Monzo highly enough Reviewed on: 24th March 2026

Easy to use, motivated to save.

Switched to Monzo current account earlier this year. So easy to use. I’m saving more intentionally, helping to get to my saving goal. The savings challenge has motivated me to save. Being able too set up pots and manage ISAs in one place rather than open multiple accounts helps with meeting savings goals too. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026

Really easy to use.

Really easy to use. Everything is online. It’s set up so that’s it’s super easy to see everything you need at a glance. There’s lots of lovely little touches like savings challenges that make it even easier. I use Monzo for everything now apart from paying my mortgage. That’s the next swap I imagine. Incredibly easy to open an account. Lovely UX and have opened a joint account alongside it to move from another bank. Will also be upgrading account and taking advantage of different perks that monzo offer which aren’t offered by other banks. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026
