Appalling customer service and cards don't arrive

It has taken more than 2 months and 4 attempts to receive my replacement card, and I have still not received it! Customer services, both on chat and on the phone, is appalling to say the least. When I spoke to them on the phone recently, the guy just hung up when he didn't have an answer to why none of the four cards has been delivered. Top notch bank, great app and good security
