User-friendly and intelligent banking experience

Monzo has the most user-friendly and intelligent mobile banking app I've ever experienced. Little things like being able to see your card details in-app meaning you don't have to have your card in your hand when making online purchases make life easier. Also, their pots are very user-friendly, their savings pots interest rate is great and managing a joint account is also very easy. Lastly, their onboarding process has been the least painful of any bank so far in my experience. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024
