Great bank, without a doubt worthy of 5 stars! Every aspect of my experience has been outstanding. The staff is attentive, patient, and genuinely committed to providing excellent customer service. I always feel valued and respected, no matter how big or small my request may be. Their systems are modern, their processes are smooth, and their focus on customer satisfaction truly stands out. Incredible bank

They allow for you to have multiple savings pots and bills pots that bills are paid from separate from personal. They make it easy for me to budget, save and invest. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026

Great Customer Service

Monzo isn't my main bank account for day to day however, when i was scammed and got all my money taken, Monzo customer service was amazing in a stressful situation. They were very responsive and sorted the issues in 24 hours and got me all my money back. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026
