No better online bank!

No better online bank – I've been with Monzo since 2019, and have had absolutely no complaints. Easy to use, great customer service, awesome perks – the list goes on and on! Would (and do) recommend to everyone. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026

big spender, bigger saver

After joining monzo i've gone from constantly being in my old student overdraft, to having savings in an ISA and several pots squirreled away, I only have Monzo to thank! After doing the 1p challenge last year I actually have savings for the first time in my life, which I transferred to an ISA, also with Monzo, and re-started but now with 2p a month, these added features have made saving fun, and with having ADHD it's helpful to be able to see all of my money in real time. I also LOVE the 'we are not calling you' feature when you're on the phone and using your banking app. Monzo just makes money easy, even if you have ADHD and a compulsive shopping habit. Monzo is the only bank I'd use while travelling.

Monzo is the only bank I'd use while travelling. The ease of use, no fees on payments and transparency with real time conversion is so helpful. I'm primarily a Barclays customer but their app is worlds behind in terms of user experience compared to monzo. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026

Banking, But Better...

I have a Max account and use all the products it offers, from savings and spending tools to rewards and other perks. The app is incredibly easy to use and the visuals are top-notch, making everyday banking feel smooth, modern and genuinely different from other banks. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026

Saved me from scammers

I almost got scammed booking a holiday but the fact accessibility in the app allowed me to freeze and cancel my card and transfer my money to a pot before the transaction could go through. Got new card a few days later. Saved me so much stress Reviewed on: 24th March 2026
