Ive been with Monzo for about 6/7 years now and I've never had a problem with them, they have been amazing even when someone else used my card to pay for something Monzo gave me the money back within a day. They are amazing my whole family uses them. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024

Easy all round!

Monzo makes all areas of banking easy, from sending and receiving payments, to putting money aside and spending abroad. The customer support is also second to none! Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024

Great at the basics, easy to use

Great at the basics, and so many useful features like getting paid a touch early and being able to make savings pots easily, unlike competitors. Needs to have a similar set up to HSBC though in terms of having a ‘balance after bills’ figure that tells you what your balance will be in your account after a cycle of bills. I find this very useful and would use monzo more if it had this feature. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024

Monzo make banking easy and enjoyable!

Easy to use - love using Monzo for both my personal and joint account and being able to set up and manage separate savings pots and access excellent interest rates. Monzo best current account

Monzo is great, switched my previous provider to Monzo the last year and haven't looked back since. It's great that I am playing for the plus and get to see the cost breakdown across all my accounts all in one place and being able to use my card abroad makes things so much easier. Saved me from loosing money to fraudster!

I once lost my debit card at a overground train station in London. That was then found by someone who missed it to withdraw money/shop. Thankfully, due to Monzo's maximum spend limit without password set at £100, I didn't loose more money but only £100. I blocked the card immediately and reported the fraud to Monzo who then returned my £100, which was taken fraudulently from my account, within 24 hours of me reporting the fraud! No questions asked!
