I've been with Monzo for around 5 years.

I've been with Monzo for around 5 years, and wouldn't look at any mainstream banks now, excellent customer service, great range of products, now all of my credit cards, investments and day to day banking are with Monzo and I wouldn't change it Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024

I absolutely LOVE Monzo.

I absolutely LOVE Monzo. They have revolutionized personal banking by making the entire experience incredibly user friendly and accessible. Their customer service is so personable, impressively responsive and helpful. Monzo makes not only daily banking easy, but also financial management through their offering of a wide range of savings account options, as well as investment accounts and ISAs. They make complex financial terminology accessible to customers like me who do not have a background in finance. It's so easy to start saving, whether for goals via saving pots, long-term saving through locked savings account with high interest rates, or ISAs. They make what is usually mundane, inaccessible, complicated and stressful into a seamless and enjoyable experience. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024

I love using Monzo!

I love using Monzo. It's super easy, has loads of really great features which make it easy to manage your money and overall has a lovely UI and user experience. If ever I've needed support it's been easy to get through to speak to someone, and I like how easy it is to do simple things like transfer money or open savings accounts within the app. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024

They're actually the best

It's so easy to use and the functionality they give is exceptional. It makes it so easy to manage your money, see what you're spending, and allocate payments. I always recommend people move to Monzo. I've never felt like a bank cared before - until Monzo. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2024
